At LeMond Bikes, we stand by the performance and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your bike or gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your items in the original LeMond packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
